Just outside Stevens Point, Wisconsin, a narrow dead-end road disappears into the trees. Locals say a Boy Scout troop vanished there long ago. Drivers report small handprints on their windows, voices calling from the woods, and a faint lantern swinging in the dark with no one holding it. The tangled rumors of murder, accident, and cover-up still cling to Boy Scout Lane after dark. Some roads take travelers home. This one feels like it has been waiting.
Midnight Signals blends history, folklore, and dramatized storytelling. Some names, places, and events are fictionalized or illustrative. Characters are fictional, and any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental.
